What we improved
The old site's strongest selling points were spread across separate pages: the insurance-claim process, the 24-hour towing number and the Before & After proof each lived behind their own menu item, so a driver just out of an accident had to dig to find out you handle the claim and tow the car. The new site puts the shop phone, the 24h towing number and 'we work with all insurance companies' in the top bar and hero, then walks through the 4-step claim process with every insurer logo in one section, and shows the Mercedes, Tesla, Bentley and Rolls Royce before-and-after repairs right on the same page.
