What we improved
The old site buried the firm's IRS Enrolled Agent and Tax Court credentials and its tax-relief work behind a three-level dropdown of 40+ links, and its contact form relied on a CAPTCHA. The new site leads with one headline, a tap-to-call button and the Client Login, puts the credentials and all 13 IRS problem types on the page, and replaces the form with call and email buttons next to the real address and map.
