What we improved
The old site hid every service behind a Patient Services dropdown and made visitors dig for the same-day hours. The new site leads with 'Walk in. Get seen.', puts both clinics' phones, addresses and 8am–8pm hours on the first screen, and lists every service, employer offering and accepted health plan on one page with booking and payment links kept intact.
