The Tirrell Room
Quincy, MA
I rebuilt your site to fix this and 4 other things. It’s finished and waiting. Have a look.
5 problems found and fixed. Measured Oct 24, 2026 on an iPhone-sized screen.
On an iPhone the site has 7 buttons and links too small to tap comfortably.
Missing business facts Google and AI read directly (LocalBusiness schema); a sitemap and robots.txt; a fast, secure, phone-first site (not secure); a share preview (Open Graph image) and canonical address.
Browsers label these sites "Not secure" right next to your name.
We did not find a contact form, business hours on the home page.
Also fixed: Small trust details.
What I changed
The old site spread pricing, room minimums and a long list of menu PDFs across nine separate pages. The new site leads with the Blue Hills view and an inquiry button, then lays out weddings, social, corporate and bereavement events, a typographic menu index, real fees and FAQs, and the function directors' contact details on one page.
We tested your current site on an iPhone-sized screen. We found 5 issues and fixed them in the new site. What's already working is marked too.
Measured October 24, 2026. The new site fixes every issue above.
Before customers call or walk in, many check your website on their phone. If it looks dated or loads slowly, they quietly move on, and you never know it happened.
So I rebuilt The Tirrell Room's site: fast, modern, great on phones, and easy for Google and AI assistants to read. It's finished and waiting. No sales call, no design meetings, nothing to approve. If anything's wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.
$500 to launch, then $25/month for hosting. I handle go-live myself: a quick DNS change, about 10 minutes. One or two extra customers a month and it pays for itself. Don't like it? Nothing changes, no contract. (An agency would charge $3,000–$5,000 and take weeks.)
“Since you created the website for us, I receive at least two to three calls every week from people who found me on the internet. This never happened before with the old website. I have taken on close to 10 new clients… from these inquiries, and the cost of the website has paid for itself 100 times over.”
This is a fully built, real site — not a sketch — created on spec to show what's possible. Recognize your business? Get in touch to claim it, or request removal and it comes down within 24 hours.
