Hi, I'm Ted. I build websites for local businesses. More about me
What we improved
The old site buried the services behind a long multi-level dropdown and a CAPTCHA contact form. The new site leads with the phone number and free consultation, groups services into four tabs (Individuals, Business, Tax, QuickBooks), puts Tax Relief front and center, and keeps the client portal login one tap away.
We tested your current site on an iPhone-sized screen. We found 4 issues and fixed them in the new site. What's already working is marked too.
On an iPhone the site has 25 buttons and links too small to tap comfortably. Most local searches happen on a phone, and people leave pages that are awkward to use there.
The menu leads to about 83 different pages. A focused site gets visitors to the phone call faster.
2 of the 5 things search engines and AI assistants look for are in place. Missing: business facts Google and AI read directly (LocalBusiness schema); a sitemap and robots.txt; a share preview (Open Graph image) and canonical address. Help Google and AI find you, trust you, and send you customers.
We did not find business hours on the home page. Every extra step between "I need help" and the phone ringing loses customers.
No do-it-yourself site builder detected.
Loads over HTTPS (the padlock).
Loaded in 2.2 seconds.
All 25 links we tried worked.
Nothing out of date that we could find.
Images load and are described, nothing looks outdated, and there is no free-mail contact address.
Measured October 17, 2026. The new site fixes every issue above.
Before customers call or walk in, many check your website on their phone. If it looks dated or loads slowly, they quietly move on, and you never know it happened.
So I rebuilt Sullivan and Folan, LLC's site: fast, modern, great on phones, and easy for Google and AI assistants to read. It's finished and waiting. No sales call, no design meetings, nothing to approve. If anything's wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.
$500 to launch, then $25/month for hosting. I handle go-live myself: a quick DNS change, about 10 minutes. One or two extra customers a month and it pays for itself. Don't like it? Nothing changes, no contract. (An agency would charge $3,000–$5,000 and take weeks.)
“Since you created the website, I receive at least two or three calls every week from people who found me on the internet. This never happened before with the old website.”
This is a fully built, real site — not a sketch — created on spec to show what's possible. Recognize your business? Get in touch to claim it or have it removed.
