What we improved
The old site led with a generic 'Business Tax Services' banner and leftover template text from another company, and buried the father-daughter team on a separate page. The new site opens on TJ and Amanda, puts the phone number and consultation request up front, lays out the three services with the specific IRS help offered, and keeps the secure client portal one tap away.
We tested your current site on an iPhone-sized screen. We found 4 issues and fixed them in the new site. What's already working is marked too.
The menu leads to about 11 different pages. A focused site gets visitors to the phone call faster.
The footer still says © 2023. Old dates and old news make a visitor wonder whether the business is still active.
There is no main headline on the home page. Visitors decide in seconds whether you look established.
We did not find a contact form, business hours on the home page. Every extra step between "I need help" and the phone ringing loses customers.
