What I changed

The old Wix site made visitors dig through a Shop dropdown and menu images to find basics. The new site leads with the hours, the last day of service for 2026, one-tap calling, the full menu pages, gift cards and Goldbelly shipping.

So I rebuilt The Lobster Pot's site: fast, modern, great on phones, and easy for Google and AI assistants to read. It's finished and waiting. No sales call, no design meetings, nothing to approve. If anything's wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.

$500 to launch, then $25/month for hosting. I handle go-live myself: a quick DNS change, about 10 minutes. One or two extra customers a month and it pays for itself. Don't like it? Nothing changes, no contract. (An agency would charge $3,000–$5,000 and take weeks.)
