The old site buried the roofing work behind a general 'exterior and interior' pitch and a stock-looking gallery page. The new site leads with shingle and flat roofs, a tap-to-call number, the free gutter or power wash offer and real job photos, all on one fast mobile page.
We tested your current site on an iPhone-sized screen. We found 3 issues and fixed them in the new site. What's already working is marked too.
The contact email is a free @gmail.com address (a [email protected] address looks more established); there is no main headline on the home page; 13 of 13 images have no description for screen readers and Google. Visitors decide in seconds whether you look established.
3 of the 5 things search engines and AI assistants look for are in place. Missing: a page title and search description; business facts Google and AI read directly (LocalBusiness schema). Help Google and AI find you, trust you, and send you customers.
We did not find a contact form, business hours on the home page. Every extra step between "I need help" and the phone ringing loses customers.
