What I changed

The old site buried the pool-building process and the $130,000 starting price deep in an FAQ and sent visitors through a dropdown of long town-named pages. The new site leads with the resort-at-home promise, shows the four-step process and starting price up front, and puts the phone number and free on-site consultation one tap away.
