King Optical has been helping the Braintree community see clearly since 1947, fitting prescription eyeglasses, designer frames and sports and safety eyewear, and repairing glasses bought anywhere.

Hi, I'm Ted. I build websites for local businesses.
What we improved
The old site's homepage opened with a long welcome paragraph, and the things customers actually need to know — that you don't do eye exams, your turnaround times, the insurances you accept and your Flex Spending Card — were scattered across separate Services and FAQ pages, with an Instagram icon that pointed to squarespace.com and an empty shopping cart in the menu. The new site leads with who you are and since when, lists every service in one scannable index, calls out the no-exam policy up front, puts Avulux and Stellest lenses, brands and accepted insurance on the same page, and gives your hours, phone and map their own Find Us section.
You work hard for every customer at King Optical. But before they call or walk in, a lot of them check your website first, on their phone, in a few seconds. If it looks dated, loads slowly, or is hard to read, they quietly move on to someone else, and you never even know it happened. How much business might that be costing you?
So I rebuilt it to be fast, modern, and great on phones. It's finished and waiting for you. No sales call, no design meetings, nothing to approve. And if anything's wrong — even something that's bugged you on your site for years — just tell me and I'll fix it.
Think about everything else King Optical spends money on: staff, supplies, insurance, marketing. A one-time $500 is small next to all that. And the math is simple: if a better first impression brings in just one or two extra customers a month, this pays for itself right away, then keeps paying every month after.
Like it? It's $500 to launch, then $25/month for hosting, and I handle the go-live myself. It's a quick DNS change, about 10 minutes once I have access. Don't like it? Nothing changes. No contract, no pressure. (An agency would charge $3,000–$5,000, take weeks, and leave you guessing how it turns out. This one's already built, so you can see exactly what you're getting.)
This is a fully built, real site — not a sketch — created on spec to show what's possible. Recognize your business? Get in touch to claim it or have it removed.
