What we improved
The old site's header phone number was actually a mailto link, so tapping it on a phone opened an email instead of dialing, and the team and carrier list sat on the About page, with the Insurance Products page being a list of identical Get a Quote buttons. The new site leads with a one-tap call button and a quote button, puts Margaret, Deb, Matthew and Christal up front as a team section, and shows all 16 carrier logos in a clean grid right on the page.
