What we improved
The old site buried same-day sick visits, Saturday hours and the after-hours nurse line behind a 'Services' dropdown and a separate 'Office Hours & Policies' page, and showed the eight-person team only as a carousel of names. The new single page leads with the phone number, hours and Patient Gateway, puts the full staff with photos and bios on one scroll, and turns FAQs, the well-visit schedule and new-patient steps into scannable sections.
