What I changed

The old Wix site buried rooms, rates and booking inside multi-level dropdown menus and never led with what guests actually get. The new site puts breakfast, bikes and free parking in the first screen, the Shining Sea Bikeway and ferry location up front, and one tap-to-call reservation button at the top.

Your website, rebuilt. Finished and waiting.

  • Built for phones
  • Loads fast

Before customers call or walk in, many check your website on their phone. If it looks dated or loads slowly, they quietly move on, and you never know it happened.

So I rebuilt Frederick William House's site: fast, modern, great on phones, and easy for Google and AI assistants to read. It's finished and waiting. No sales call, no design meetings, nothing to approve. If anything's wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.

$199 to launch, then $25/month for hosting. I handle go-live myself: a quick DNS change, about 10 minutes. One or two extra customers a month and it pays for itself. Don't like it? Nothing changes, no contract. (An agency would charge $3,000–$5,000 and take weeks.)

“Since you created the website for us, I receive at least two to three calls every week from people who found me on the internet. This never happened before with the old website. I have taken on close to 10 new clients… from these inquiries, and the cost of the website has paid for itself 100 times over.”

This is a fully built, real site — not a sketch — created on spec to show what's possible. Recognize your business? Get in touch to claim it, or request removal and it comes down within 24 hours.
