What we improved
The old site split the firm across eight pages of small text and hid 'Make a Payment' and the secure tax-return portal on a Links page, and buried your email behind a script. The new site puts your phone, 'Make a Payment' and the service ledger up front, with every service description kept on one scrollable page that works on a phone.
