What we improved
The old site made owners and customers hunt through a five-menu dropdown to reach File a Claim and Pay a Bill, and its Claims, Bill Pay and Partners pages were just a script-injected list of carrier links. The new site puts Get a Quote, File a Claim and Pay a Bill in a bar above the navigation, adds a quick-action strip under the hero, and keeps every carrier claim and bill-pay link in a single tabbed section. All nine personal lines, commercial coverages, the Renaissance Alliance story and Charles Rider's bio sit on one fast, mobile-friendly page.
