What I changed

The old site led with a stack of slide banners and a 20-button sidebar, and buried the 8–12 week delivery, the 3-day Dorchester set and the turnkey vs set-only options in sub-pages. The new site opens with the pitch (factory-built, set in days), puts the phone number in the header, and gives floor plan styles, commercial work, financing and FAQs one scroll each.
