Hi, I'm Ted. I build websites for local businesses. More about me
What we improved
The old site buried the same-day/next-day appointment promise, the 100A–600A service upgrade range and the license numbers behind a dropdown menu. The new site leads with call/text buttons, puts the services on one breaker-panel list, and shows the 5.0 reviews, license and HIC numbers up front.
We tested your current site on an iPhone-sized screen. We found 5 issues and fixed them in the new site. What's already working is marked too.
Built on Squarespace, a do-it-yourself site builder. Template sites look like thousands of others and limit design, speed and how well Google can read the page.
The page downloads 6.8 MB across 86 files. Visitors give up after about three seconds.
The menu leads to about 20 different pages. A focused site gets visitors to the phone call faster.
17 of 26 images have no description for screen readers and Google; 1 image does not load. Visitors decide in seconds whether you look established.
We did not find a contact form, business hours on the home page. Every extra step between "I need help" and the phone ringing loses customers.
Loads over HTTPS (the padlock).
Fits the screen with readable text.
All 24 links we tried worked.
Nothing out of date that we could find.
All 5 things search engines and AI assistants look for are in place.
Measured October 16, 2026. The new site fixes every issue above.
Before customers call or walk in, many check your website on their phone. If it looks dated or loads slowly, they quietly move on, and you never know it happened.
So I rebuilt AmpSmart Power & Electric's site: fast, modern, great on phones, and easy for Google and AI assistants to read. It's finished and waiting. No sales call, no design meetings, nothing to approve. If anything's wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.
$500 to launch, then $25/month for hosting. I handle go-live myself: a quick DNS change, about 10 minutes. One or two extra customers a month and it pays for itself. Don't like it? Nothing changes, no contract. (An agency would charge $3,000–$5,000 and take weeks.)
“Since you created the website, I receive at least two or three calls every week from people who found me on the internet. This never happened before with the old website.”
This is a fully built, real site — not a sketch — created on spec to show what's possible. Recognize your business? Get in touch to claim it or have it removed.
